The breakfast was beneath any reasonable standard, what a disappointment! the jacuzzi felt filthy and uninviting, truly unacceptable. I expected a complimentary gesture for such inconvenience, as one would for a distinguished guest. This hotel has so much potential but woudl ve been better off giving me a sense of value. you almost had a great review, but I just couldn’t!

The stay was truly remarkable with breathtaking views of the caldera from our spacious Junior Suite Private Pool, making every sunset a magical experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and complimentary beverages made us feel at home. Our private pool offered stunning caldera views, perfect for sunset moments.
We found ourselves missing a coffee machine in the suite and encountered some minor maintenance issues. It would have elevated our stay to perfection.
